I burned the "Rush Hour 2" in a single DVD as per the following suggestion given by the tool:
"Movie will fit on one CD if the menu and special features are omitted"
And I got the copy successful message also.

But, when I play the burned cd, it only shows the initial "DVD-BACKUP" copyright screen, and freeze there!

Please assist.

I had the same problem.I then tried to rip it with decryptor.It would not rip correctly.I came to the conclusion,it is a bad press job on the original.My disc seems to have a raised ridge on the outside edge.Other than the 3rd backup disc of Pearl Harbor,this is the only title I haven't been able to backup!

I had the exact same problem with Rush Hour II. The way I was able to get around it is as follows. Let the DVD Backup run for about 10 seconds and then select stop, then select Play on your DVD player. The movie starts every time for me. Its not pretty but it works.

Same problem with Rush Hour 2. I wonder whats going on with it.
