I have had DVDX copy gold for several years and during that time have had to reformat my hardrive for numerous reasons. I just completed a reformat and reloaded DVD X Copy and can not activate the software. How do I reactiveate?? is there a "password" anyone has that can be entered when selecting the "by phone" option? I was also prompted that I have exceeded the number of activations for my license?? any help? thanks
