Dear Mr. Moore,

Although I was unable to attend, I certainly have followed the proceedings, and am vigilantly praying for a positive end to this spurious attempt to restrict fair use.

I hate to say it, but we are in a crappy venue. Judge Illston isn't my fave, but, at least she did do plaintiff's work before she took the bench, so maybe she has us little guys in mind.

And remember, she is obligated to review the facts surrounding the pending Motion in the light most favorable to 321, too.

For all of us out here across the country, keep up the good fight.
