Cher: Live In Concert will not back up with Express (does great with Xcopy Full)

It starts to back up and reads to 65-70% (varies) but then stops and program freezes completely.
I have a AO5U Pioneer and have tried using it to read as well as my 16X Sony DVD-ROM with no diferent results.

System: Athlon XP2800+, ABIT AT7MAX2,
1024MB PC3700 DDR Memory, 240GB HDDs with over 120GB Free Space.

Thanks

ztecs,
I think that is one of the episodic-like disks that we are having a problem with in XPRESS. We have had multiple reports of problems with that title though.

That movie was on a list of DVDs that we ordered already, so hopefully, we'll have that one soon, so that we can do some testing on it.

Thanks,
It is only a chaptered disk thoughas the concert is all in 1 titleset which is why I can't figure this one out as express did handle other concerts with no problem.
Keep me up to speed.

I have the same problem. Question... It says it created a log file when it aborted. Where does it put that log file?

LOG files are in the PROGRAM FILES>321 STUDIOS>XPRESS>LOG. Unless you have your computer set up differently.

ztecs,
If all of the chapters are on the same Titleset, then one of the other extras titlesets must be larger in size than the main one. A TDF File should be able to fix the problem in that case.

You can request one to be made for you in this thread.

Make sure to use the format provided so that the person making the TDF File will have more info about the DVD. This will help ensure that the correct TDF File is being made.

Once the TDF File has been made, a post will be put in this thread as a notification.
