Hello-My old PC died (literally) last week and I was forced to buy a new one. I purchased DVD X Copy Platinum (version 4.0.3.8) in July of 2005 and still have my license ID and password. I purchased the option of downloading the software from the internet. I would like to resintall the software on my new PC, can I get a link to reinstall the software and activate? thanks

Thanks, I've dowloaded DVD X Copy Platinum again and activated from the ticket, but seem to have another problem. I've tried backing-up 5 different DVDs of mine and everytime I get an error that says this version cannot dowload CSS encrypryted DVDs. I never recieved this message before, is this new? How do I proceed? Thank you.

play the movie a little when platinum is open

then start the rip..then close the movie player..

or the program can not copy the new copy protection that out now..

no fix for that..
