bought this and was very happy with it .then the message that i did install it 7 times and was locked out. (i reinstall my computer with windows etcabout every 6 to 12 months)i found my original box with codes and my telephone activation numbers and custumer id but i am still going through my receipts. i can probably reactivate it the way you describe but will this version have an double layer dvd support update? mine is single 4.7gb only

no dl support,its 4 years old with out a update 321 studios has also been closed for 4 years..
