The help you receive on this Forum is highly dependant on the amount of good information that you give the people who are trying to help you.

For that reason, if you post about a problem, please include the following system info in your post.

Processor (P4 2Ghz)
OS (WinXP SP1)
Motherboard (ASUS P4533E)
Installed RAM (512MB RAM)
Hard drives (2/120 Gig Maxtor)
ROM Drives & Firmware if possible (DRU500A[1.0g]/Liteon LTD163D)

This is the basic info needed to troubleshoot any problem in our software, (If you have any further info about the system, give that also.) so if you post this stuff right off the bat with your first post about the problem, you will get better help, and your problem will be fixed sooner.
